School Internship Leads to a Forever Home for Chilli Boy 🐾❤️

German student Luise sitting outdoors with Chilli Boy, a Maltese shelter dog adopted after her internship at the Association for Abandoned Animals.

What started as a simple school internship in Malta turned into a life-changing friendship between a student and a shelter dog.

While volunteering with the Association for Abandoned Animals, German student Luise met Chilli Boy, a gentle giant who had been waiting far too long to find a loving family.

As Luise spent more time helping at the shelter, the connection between them became stronger. What began as volunteering soon developed into a bond powerful enough to cross borders.

Luise and her family have now officially adopted Chilli Boy, giving him the safe and loving forever home he deserves.

Sometimes, school journeys are not only about what students learn. They are also about the compassion, kindness and valuable lessons they teach the rest of us. 🐶💖
